Why the tip on exercising and music? Well as most of us know, exercise is a great way and a more natural way for a healthier you. Benefits also include better skin, this is because exercising increases your blood flow, which helps nourish skin cells and keep them vital. This in turn helps your face stay clear and looking fresh. Many celebrities have actually been known to exercise to help their skin get better. We know though, that as great as it may sound, actually getting into the zone of exercising can be quite tricky.
A major tip when exercising though, always listen to your favourite tracks, I'm not talking about the slow jams like Mumford and Sons and Jhene Aiko. No, I'm talking about the type of music that makes you want to turn up, or at least answer your phone 10seconds late because your ringtone is so lit.
That's the type of music you should be exercising to, the more energetic it makes you, the better. This way you won't feel like giving up half way through. Now, I wish I could tell you guys my playlist but I highly doubt Future, Kanye, Drake, Travis Scott...okay rap in general, is always appropriate.
All in all, go ahead and put in an extra 5minutes into your workout schedule to make that playlist. Whether it's EDM, Trap, Rap, Deep house or even Rock, just make sure it gets you going. The benefits will definitely be worth it, not just on your skin but your overall appearance as well!
