With January in full swing I hope you are smashing those new years resolutions. I realize that the start of a fitness journey can be tough and lacking motivation/ inspiration can be a major pitfall in your journey. So I dedicated this blog post to giving you the names of some awesome fitness "gurus" and foodies that I follow or have seen on social media. This women are incredible and their healthy lifestyles are super duper motivational. Their social media account showcases awesome workouts, yoga poses, healthy food dishes and much more. Sarahs DayI had to put Sarah on the top of my list because she is the reason I got back on track with my eating! Her YouTube channel is really great, her videos are mostly vlogs but each vlog showcases seriously yummy & healthy food. She proves that making healthy choices can be super easy and fun. Her YouTube channel is overflowing with inspiration and motivation. She has workout videos, motivation Mondays, hair videos and much much more. Here is why: I love it because it has these epic, mind blowing yoga poses and videos. I hate it because I can't replicate them! Agh, perhaps I should attempt to do more yoga classes, but for now I will just scroll enviously! Chontel DuncanI am sure many of you know of Chontel, but she is definitely worth the mention. She is a wife, mother and proud owner of HIIT Australia (a gym franchise, that host epic fitness challenges. From what I can tell these challenges have a great success rate.) The thing I love most about Chontel is that she is extremely down to earth. She gives awesome advice on Snapchat and her methods aren't extremely radical. Want to know more about her? I admittedly fell in-love. Firstly she is stunning, secondly she is a Dj, thirdly she runs a blog called HBFIT. HBFIT is a health, beauty and fitness blog. The blog is great, and filled to the brim with inspiration. Instagram: hannahbronfman Blog: hbfit.com 6. Carly RowenaI first discovered Carly on her Youtube. Her videos consist of some awesome vlogs and great tips about how to live a healthy lifestyle. Did I mention she is a personal trainer? Her advice is solid and her body is all the proof we need! The minimalist look makes me want to pack my bags and move to an island far far way. Haley HansenHaley is an awesome Plant based foodie with a fabulous Instagram account. Plus Haley has a wonderful blog filled with healthy, clean recipes. Jessica MeltzerJessica is also a plant based foodie. Her Instagram is not only aesthetically pleasing but it also showcases many great food dishes that are easy to replicate. If you're vegetarian or even vegan her Instagram is worth checking out. Instagram: jessameltzer 4. Christi LazarChristi posts yummy, fresh food on her instagram. Majority of these dishes are Paleo, Whole30 , Banting and basically all diets friendly. You can find tons of recipes on her blog too.
