I have combined 5 simple partner exercises with illustrations of Vimbai and I to help you along. These workouts can be done by themselves or in conjunction with your regular workout routine.
Do 14 reps and 2 sets (#ValentinesDay). Do more if you're feeling up to it or use a tabata timer to up the intensity and speed.
