Jacksonville Coffee is located at the Moses Mabhida Stadium and is situated inside the Prime Human Performance Institute. Admittedly, it is not the easiest place to find especially if you have no idea what to look for. We did not plan on going for coffee but after seeing somebody from the I Heart Market holding one of their iced coffees, Vimbai and I made it our mission to find the cafe. Those black straws had us seeing visions of cute Instagram posts. It took us a good 10 minutes and a few odd stares to find it. Once we did, it was love at first sight. L.W ✈ The outside of the café has a few white chairs and cute wooden tables. Opposite the doors, to the side, there is a little table with a black wooden box filled with tea and coffee condiments. Having the condiments situated outside is an interesting alternative to the usual indoor setup. The interior of Jacksonville Coffee is quaint, with a lovely modern feel. The mixture of wood and black decor gives the café a fresh and calming atmosphere. There is a seating area setup by the glass window, which would be great for sitting and having a cup of coffee while completing an assignment. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a date. Jacksonville Coffee's service was fantastic. Vimbai and I ordered our drinks and received them literally a minute after paying, which is a refreshing change from the slow service I am used to receiving elsewhere. The prices are just above affordable. They are not the greatest for a student on a budget. However, my Chai tea tasted perfect, and Vimbai said her iced coffee was great. If you are ever at the Moses Mabhida Stadium, I would highly recommend grabbing a drink from Jacksonville Coffee. Operating Hours
