It's almost that time of the year again, that time when all that you've been working on finally comes into play. When you get tested on everything and anything the teacher/lecturer decides to throw at you and all you can do is prepare and hope for the best. V.Z xx Exam month and the month leading up to it is often the most stressful months of a students life. There's just so much pressure on you as an academic to do well and prosper. Often there's so much riding on it and this can easily cause one to become highly stressed out.
This doesn't have to be the case though, if you just prioritize and stick to a well balanced schedule you'll most probably find yourself feeling more at ease. Feeling stressed out and anxious, most of the time is a matter of the mind. You fool yourself into thinking that you can't do it or that there's not enough time. Like I said above, just plan your life out. Take about 10 minutes out of your day and really just sort out a study timetable. I know it's not the best to do but it really will work out for you in the end because the more you stay focused and prepared the better your chances are of stay calm and getting your work done. Remember to stay calm, breathe and take it one day at a time. No one ever succeeded by stressing. All you have to do is do your best, be focused and remember not to stress.
